The Big Idea
From Rebrand to Real-World Impact
The Opportunity
As part of a major rebrand, Changent partnered with Waypoint Collective to bring its new identity to life across every touchpoint — both internally and externally. As a national organization committed to improving health outcomes for children, families, and communities, their goal was to ensure the refreshed brand reflected the depth of their mission and the authenticity of their work.
They needed a strategic creative partner to help extend the new brand — not reinvent it — by creating tools, templates, and storytelling assets that empowered their internal team, supported their network, and brought cohesion to their communications.
The Solution
Waypoint Collective worked with Changent to translate their evolved brand and messaging into a living, flexible system of storytelling, visuals, and tools that could scale with the organization.
Our work included:
- A new suite of video, webisodes and photography that captured the real people and communities at the heart of Changent’s mission.
- A series of support materials and templates — including a brochure, Theory of Change, Strategic Plan infographic, and an adaptable “Snapshot” piece — that simplified storytelling and gave the team options for future use.
- A refreshed website experience that wove in the new messaging and clarified the organization’s value and impact.
- A Network Partner Toolkit and Internal Toolkit to help staff and partners confidently launch and use the new brand.
Together, these pieces helped extend the rebrand into everyday practice, freeing up the Changent team to focus on advancing their mission while maintaining brand consistency and clarity.
The Creative
At the heart of the creative process was storytelling. Every visual, video, and written piece was designed to reflect Changent’s enduring commitment to families and their broader impact on systems of care.
Through each of these pieces, the creative work balances inspiration and efficient, practical usage, providing Changent’s team and partners with tools to share the organization’s story while reflecting its mission of care and connection.
Video & Webisodes
Waypoint captured Changent’s evolution through authentic video content, including short-form stories and episodic webisodes. These pieces spotlighted families, staff, and community partners, translating the organization’s mission into compelling narratives that connect emotionally with viewers.
Infographic & Templates
To communicate data and organizational impact clearly, Waypoint created modular infographics and templates. These include the Strategic Plan and Theory of Change, enabling Changent to share metrics and milestones.
Brochures & Snapshot Pieces
Custom print and digital collateral, such as brochures and snapshot pieces, distilled complex information into accessible, visually appealing formats. These pieces serve as quick-reference tools for partners, donors, and stakeholders, making Changent’s work tangible and memorable.
Website Integration & Social Media Storytelling
Waypoint refreshed website messaging and structure to align with the new brand, highlighting Changent’s impact and partnerships. Standalone social media graphics and story templates were also developed to extend reach and allow stories of families and communities to live independently across digital platforms. Network Partners & Internal Toolkits
To support the launch of the new brand, Waypoint developed comprehensive toolkits for internal teams and network partners. These included messaging guides, template libraries, and visual standards that allow for consistent, flexible communication across audiences.
