To capture the story of the National Service Office for Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First (NSO) and frame its far-reaching impact on children, families, and communities.

The Opportunity

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) sought to highlight its growth, development, innovation, and ability to serve more families with a greater continuum of care via stories, stats and personal testimonials. Waypoint has supported this vision for the past three years.

The Solution

Waypoint Collective created human-centric authentic digital storytelling experiences each year (2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022), supported by photos and video, to showcase the human stories that would resonate most with donors and supporters. The reports highlighted the NSO’s incredible growth, responsiveness, and innovation toward creating a culture of wellness and supporting diverse perspectives, community connections, and long-term dual generation impact.

The Creative

The story of Nurse-Family Partnership was told through a human-centric lens with bright imagery, concise and engaging language, and a compelling and interactive digital design.

We conducted conversations with internal and external key stakeholders, interviews and story gathering, identified key themes, and created designs that were representative of growing perspectives and the intention to listen, learn, and evolve helped to bring the NSO story to life.

The Creative


2021: Highlight video of the Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) that NFP offers for peer-to-peer learning and sharing. We captured the footage and interviews via a combination of in-person filming and virtual meeting technology. Watch the full video.

2020: One of the year's biggest highlights, the unification of NFP and Child First, was captured through a "fireside chat" between the organizations' founders. Filmed during the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic, Waypoint used virtual meeting technology to make sure the video felt warm and inviting. Watch the full video.

We authentically captured the story of connection, community, and an expanded continuum of care to serve even more families with photos and Broll footage of NFP and Child First families to help visually convey the power of the programs.
